Joining your iServe User Group

What is a User Group?

A user group is an online database for students to log hours for specific service-learning courses. This iServe group allows your service-learning instructor and site supervisor to view all course progress.

  1. Login

    • Go to iServe and select the WVU Student login button to access the account.

    Note: If this is your first time using iServe, the system will prompt you to create an account.

  2. Access User Group Link

    • At the beginning of the semester, each student will receive a user group link from their course instructor. The user group link is available via eCampus or direct email.

    Note: If you are unable to access your user group, please reach out to your instructor or the CCE  team at   serveandlearn@mail.wvu.edu.

  3. Join User Group

    • After clicking on the correct link, click the Join User Group button.
