Shelby Crews

As a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Community Engagement, Shelby Crews assists faculty and community partners in advocating for student involvement throughout the community while they continue their education. Shelby wholeheartedly believes that the key to a brighter tomorrow is in the empowerment of the individual today and she considers it an honor to be able to work within the department’s mission during her time at WVU. Shelby is currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and hopes to one day provide free counseling to members within her hometown through the support of the mental health nonprofit she helped to found in Northeast Florida, Tread and Trample.
