Klarissa is the Special Projects and Administrative Operations Coordinator at West Virginia University’s Center for Community Engagement and also serves as the WVU AmeriCorps VISTA Coordinator. In her dual role, she helps bring bold ideas to life, supports VISTA members across the state, and keeps major initiatives moving forward. Klarissa plays a key role in connecting students, faculty, and community partners with service opportunities that make a real impact—whether through special projects, campus-wide programs, or hands-on service. Passionate about collaboration and creativity, she is dedicated to building bridges between WVU and the community to spark meaningful change across West Virginia.
